We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing ads team and help continue that standard of excellence.


The Role

This is a Google-first performance marketing role with additional exposure to paid social, attribution, reporting, and growth strategy.

You'll work alongside our Head of Paid Media, Account Management team, creative department, and fellow performance marketers to build, optimise, and scale campaigns across a portfolio of international clients.

This is not a junior execution role. We're looking for someone who understands the strategic side of performance marketing and enjoys solving complex acquisition, attribution, and growth challenges.


Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Strategy & Management

  • Plan, build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads.
  • Work extensively within Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, Display, AI Max, Data Studio and emerging Google products.
  • Maintain Google Partner best practices across client accounts.
  • Identify growth opportunities through testing, audience development, bid strategy refinement, and campaign architecture improvements.
  • Stay informed on platform developments, product releases, and industry best practices.

Attribution, Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain robust measurement frameworks across client accounts.
  • Work within GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker/Data Studio, Meta Ads & Events Manager, and 3rd party attribution platforms.
  • Ensure tracking accuracy and data integrity across all active campaigns.
  • Develop meaningful reporting that moves beyond metrics and provides actionable business insights.
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.

Paid Social Support

  • Support and collaborate on Meta advertising initiatives where required.
  • Understand Meta attribution, conversion tracking, audience development, and campaign performance evaluation.
  • Work closely with other paid media specialists to deliver cohesive multi-channel strategies.

Strategy & Client Communication

  • Participate in client meetings and performance reviews.
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations and actionable next steps.
  • Contribute to campaign planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with our world-class creative team to develop effective advertising creative.
  • Provide performance insights that inform creative direction and testing priorities.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal systems, reporting frameworks, and agency processes.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads.
  • Experience managing Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics.
  • Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience building reports and communicating performance insights.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and paid social performance measurement.

Ideal Experience

  • Experience working within an agency environment.
  • Experience managing international client accounts.
  • Familiarity with attribution platforms and modern measurement methodologies.
  • Experience with Data/Looker Studio.
  • Experience working across both lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
  • Exposure to crowdfunding, gaming, entertainment, or enthusiast-driven industries.
