The Story So Far

Built from a garage up (literally), Pulling Power Media is now a powerhouse boutique agency specializing in the digital and tabletop gaming space. We've traded the garage for a state-of-the-art studio in Table View, but we've kept the hustle.

We aren't just "button-pushers." We are growth partners for international clients, helping them navigate the high-stakes world of crowdfunding on Kickstarter or Gamefound and scaling global e-commerce brands. We're looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Manager who is obsessed with ROI and understands that a great campaign is a blend of sharp data and player psychology.

The Role: Strategy, Funnels & Results

As our Paid Media Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution for our performance channels. While you'll be supported by a Department Head and an Account Manager, you are the pilot. You'll be responsible for:

  • Full-Funnel Architecture:
    Managing the unique lifecycle of crowdfunding. This means building massive lead gen hype pre-launch and maintaining aggressive ROAS during live 30-day campaigns.

  • Core Platform Mastery:
    Expert-level hands-on management of Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube).

  • Platform Exploration:
    We don't live in a silo. You should be comfortable (and excited) to experiment with other channels like Reddit, TikTok, or Amazon Ads if the strategy calls for it.

  • Unified Reporting & Tracking:
    You need to be a pro at tracking and reporting across the entire ecosystem. You'll use GTM, GA4, and Meta Events Manager to make sure our data is bulletproof and our reports tell a clear, cohesive story across all active platforms.

  • Strategic Comms:
    Leading performance calls with international clients. You'll translate complex campaign data into actionable insights they actually understand.

  • Performance Analysis:
    Track, report, analyse and interpret key social media metrics to assess account health and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights highlighting trends, successes, and opportunities. Perform social audits on potential and existing clients.

  • Creative Collaboration:
    Briefing our 3D artists and designers on what winning creative looks like based on your campaign data.

Who You Are (The Requirements)

  • 2+ Years Experience:
    You've been in the trenches of Meta and Google Ads Manager for at least two years.

  • Strategist First:
    You don't just run ads. You understand bidding strategies, audience layering, and attribution models.

  • Data Literate:
    You're proficient in Google Analytics and reporting across both social and search ecosystems

  • Agile & Curious:
    You have a "test and learn" mindset. If a client needs to try a new platform, you're the first one to dive in and figure out how to win.

  • Cape Town Based:
    You're ready to be on-site in Table View, soaking up the agency energy.

  • Calm Under Pressure:
    You can handle the "war room" vibe of a major launch without breaking a sweat.
